Biografía


Witchtower nació en Jaén (Andalucía, España) en 2012, es el proyecto en solitario del músico de heavy rock jiennense Víctor de la Chica, y ello está orientado a la NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal) movimiento musical que tuvo mucha fuerza en la Inglaterra de finales de los 70 y primeros 80. Aunque Víctor grabó todos los instrumentos de su primer EP hasta la fecha (Return to the Witches’ Castle) Witchtower es una banda, y cuenta con músicos profesionales que hace que la banda suene como es debido. El EP anteriormente citado fue colgado en la red en abril de 2013 obteniendo unas críticas excelentes en el underground metálico de todo el mundo casi a las pocas horas de su subida. El EP “Return to the Witches Castle” puede escucharse de forma totalmente gratuita y online en el portal YouTube y puede descargarse desde la página de MediaFire. Ante todo, Witchtower creen, y portan orgullosos la bandera del heavy metal old school, y la NWOBHM, porque ellos creen fuertemente en ella.

Witchtower born in Jaén (Andalusia, Spain) in 2012, is a solo project from Víctor de la Chica, a Heavy rock musician from Jaén (Spain) Witchtower is oriented to NWOBHM, and had been recorded all instruments and the compositions by himself. But Witchwower is a live band, it have professional musicians who make the Witchtower’s sound totally real. In april of 2013, Witchtower release by YouTube his first EP “Return to the Witches’ Castle”, it triggered a lot of good coments and reviews in the underground metal from all over the world. It can be hear online, and download by MediaFire totally free. First of all, Witchtower believe and take proudly the old school metal and NWOBHM flag, because they believe strongly in it.
